Draft pattern: Little slippers

I will show you my way to draft pattern for slippers. I have sewed it many times for my kids and frinds.

This pattern has 3 pieces. Lets start with soles.

Cut reactangle.

For size 22: 7,5 cm x 15 cm, size 21: 7,5 cm x 14,2 cm, size 20: 7,5 x 13,5 cm and size 19: 7 cm x 12,7 cm.

Divide every side of your reactangle by 4 and mark that. Also mark the corners.

Between point 1 and A it is our start. Mark it with point S. Draw a line from S to C and than from C to E.

Put a point G between B1 and C1 and point H between 4 and A1. Draw a rectangle to get point H1.

Draw a line from E to G and than from G to H1.

Put point I between E1 and D1. Draw a line from H1 to I and than from I to S.

For the second part of the pattern you will need new reactangle:

For size 22: 9,5 cm x 11,5 cm; site 21: 9 cm x 10,7 cm; size 20: 8,5 cm x 10 cm and size 19: 8cm x 9,3 cm.

Fold it in the middle.

Measure 3 cm for size 22 and 21. Measure 2 cm for size 20 and 19.

Measure 0,5 cm and draw curved line from one measurement to another.

Cut out the pattern and unfold it.

Mark fold and mark 1 cm long button hole by measuring 1 cm from the middle to the right and than 1cm up.

Do the same to the left side.

And the third part of the pattern. We need another reactangle:

Size 22: 4,5 cm x 18,5 cm; size 21: 4,5 cm x 17,5 cm; size 20: 4 cm x 16,5 cm and size 19: 4 cm x 15,5 cm.

Fold in the middle.

Measure 1 cm.

Draw a line.

Cut out the pattern and unfold it. Mark fold.
